Terms of Service

1. What this portal is

The Novastack Client Portal lets authorised people from a customer company see the services that company has with Novastack Systems Sdn. Bhd. ("Novastack"), open those services, and view invoices. The services themselves are governed by the agreement, quotation or order your company signed for each one. If those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply.

2. Accounts

• Each account belongs to one named person. Do not share your password or your two-factor device.
• Your company's account owner decides who from your company may have an account and is responsible for removing people who leave.
• Tell us straight away at support@novastack.com.my if you think someone else has used your account.
• Companies that register themselves are checked by Novastack before any service is shown. We may decline or suspend an account that we cannot verify or that is misused.

3. Signing in to other services

When you open a service from the portal, the portal confirms to that service who you are and which company you belong to, so you do not have to sign in again. It only does this for services your company has an active subscription to.

4. Acceptable use

Do not try to reach another company's information, test the security of the portal without our written permission, or use the portal to break any law, including the Computer Crimes Act 1997.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available but it may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Invoice information is taken from our accounting system; the official invoice is the one we issue to you.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Novastack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date here. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
